What is a cheat? Well, according to the dictionary a cheat is:

To enable cheats type: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true Some cheats are : Cheat Outcome moveObjects on Lets you put an object anywhere on the grid – even overlapping another object. E.g. Putting a tree on a tile instead of only being able to put it on exposed terrain. boolProp snapObjectstogrid false In the Sims 2 you can only move objects on a grid, well no more! By typing this cheat you can put objects right next to each other! E.g. One bookcase next to another – big gap. Use this cheat – no gap! changeLotZoning apartmentbase Lets you make your own apartment! (! WARNING YOU MUST ONLY USE THE ZOOMED UP PICTURE OF THE DOOR MAT DOOR!) Umi was having an evening shower after a long swim in the complex pool when out of the window she spotted something quite peculiar. There stood a very beautiful fairy with a short white tutu and small dragonfly-like wings, but this was not the strange thing. The fairy was walking in a kind of sneaky motion, when all of a sudden the fairy looked left and right as if to see if there was anyone watching, and grabbed a decorative orb sitting on the ground next to the pool. All Umi could do was watch the fairy steal all of the orbs in the lot! Why the fairy was doing this was a mystery.

How to make Mods work

How to make Mods work

We already know how to download mods from a previous post but where do we put them to make them work? Well, it's really very simple. All you have to do is download a program called ‘WinRAR’. This program can be downloaded from www.winrar.com .

(If you have WinRAR your all set).

(ALSO NOTE I AM USING AN WIN XP OS)

1.     Right click your mod file. (It should have the extension of  .zip or .rar)

2.     Click ‘Extract files....

3.     A window labeled ‘Extraction path and options’ should pop up.

4.     Locate the file under your hard drive letter, mine is C. (C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\ My Documents \ EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads) No brackets (). Most people don’t have a downloads folder but don't worry, just make one yourself by making a new file and naming it ‘Downloads’.

5.      Click 'Ok' and the file will extract to that folder.

6.     Open up the Sims 2.

7.     If you don't have custom content enabled, please enable it under the settings panel – you will see this while playing a neighborhood or a Lot. (You will have to restart your game after enabling the custom content).

8.     You're all done! (You will only see clothes, hair, Skin or makeup in create a family or body shop and you will only see objects such as furniture, decorations, wall paper, flooring and doors etc. in a lot you are playing under buy and build).

The First Story

Oops!

It was a Friday and Kimiko was having a nice Relax by the side of the pool, getting a tan as usual. Umi was in the community garden Catching Butterflies and Suro was at school. What could go wrong? It was the most perfect day ever, until the accident.

Kimiko had been Blowing Bubbles for hours and had completely forgotten to Shower, Sleep, use the toilet, or even Have a Snack! She was dying! So, she stopped and ran as fast as she could to the toilet but it was crowded, so in desperation ran to the pool.

Kimiko stank now even more than before but the showers were full and she could not wait. She ran to the sprinklers and had a cold shower instead. Poor Kimiko, all wet and cold was so tired that she passed out. Kimiko will always remember that horrible accident.

The Characters:

Umi is a Sim from the Sims 2^TM and has a very interesting life. She lives with her sister Kimiko and her sister’s daughter Suro. She also is having an affair with her girlfriend/BFF, forgot to take the trash out and has a mind full of new ideas!

Kimiko is not like a normal 20 something. She has a big secret, she is a werewolf! Unfortunately this happened on her holiday to the woodlands in Mount Skuim, her sister has no idea of her secret.

 Suro is a typical primary school student. She has bad grades, bad behaviour and dad teachers. So how is she supposed to turn her life around before she goes up to a teenager?

The Story of the Blog

 I love the Sims 2 ^TM a lot! The only reason I don’t have the Sims 3 ^TM is I can’t afford it. I made this blog so I could make stories to share with you all and tell you game tips and cheats. The stories are about the family I made based on a family that are very close to me. Above you will see the characters I will have in these stories. So I hope you enjoy. The reason I called the Blog Monday Thursday Girls is that I can only post on Mondays and Thursdays, plus the family is only girls. So you get it now!
